One system your members and treasurers actually use.

Savers Club Financial Hub keeps members, share capital, loans and collections in one system your branches share — so a balance is right the moment a payment is recorded, not at the end of the month when someone reconciles the files.

Built by Bavi Technologies for Savers Club.

  • Unlimited branches, isolated data
  • Five roles, enforced throughout
  • Cash, bank transfer and GCash

The problem

Spreadsheets don’t fail loudly. They just drift.

Savers Club ran on manual processes and disconnected files: records overwritten without a trace, applications waiting on paper, month-end assembled by hand. Each of those has a specific answer in the system.

Member records live in spreadsheets that overwrite each other.

One record per member, attributable and kept per branch.

Loan applications move on paper and wait to be noticed.

Applications arrive online and sit in a treasurer’s queue until decided.

Balances and reports are compiled by hand at month-end.

Every figure updates the moment a payment is recorded.

Each branch keeps its own files, in its own format.

Every branch works the same way, under one set of numbers.

Platform

What’s in the system

Sixteen modules, built in the order the club needs them. What’s live today is marked as such — nothing here is a promise dressed as a feature.

Members & share capital

Member profiles with a running share-capital balance, contribution and withdrawal history, and the amount currently owed across their active loans. New applicants pass through a fee-and-approval gate before membership is finalized, a 25% cap keeps any one member from holding too much of a branch's capital, and a good-standing status tracks suspensions and terminations per the bylaws.

Available

Loan management

Applications submitted online, an approve-or-reject workflow the member can follow, and interest calculated automatically. A 1% insurance premium is deducted at approval into the branch's own fund, and a missed payment carries real consequences — dividend forfeiture and, if it keeps happening, grounds for the Board to review the member's standing.

Available

Payment processing

Record payments by cash, bank transfer or GCash. Each one gets a receipt number and a printable receipt, listed across every loan. Members get an automatic reminder before each due date, and loans flip to overdue on their own once one is missed.

Available

Dividends

The annual dividend distribution runs end to end — splitting Interest on Capital and Patronage Refund across members and releasing each payout. The Statutory Reserve now earns its own share too, funding officer honoraria per the bylaws.

Available

Multi-branch structure

Each branch keeps its own members, loans and payments. Managers and administrators work across all of them from one place.

Available

Sign-in & permissions

Secure sign-in with each of the five roles seeing only what that role is allowed to. Members register themselves and verify by email, staff accounts are managed by a Super Admin, anyone can reset a forgotten password, and a Super Admin or Manager can switch which branch they are viewing at any time.

Available

Dashboard & KPIs

Total shares, active loans and payments due, a six-month collections chart, loan-status distribution, and the most recent activity across the branch.

Available

Calculations reference

Every formula the club runs on — share capital, interest, dividends, reserves — written out in plain language with worked examples.

Available

Documents

A branch-scoped library for bylaws, forms, meeting minutes and financial reports. Every role can view and download; uploading and deleting stays with staff.

Available

Bulk import

One-time migration of a branch's existing records: the Treasurer uploads the club's spreadsheet of members and transaction history, reviews a full preview — every problem row explained, ambiguous names resolved by hand, likely duplicates skipped — and nothing is saved until the import is explicitly confirmed. Re-uploading the same file creates no duplicates.

Available

Audit trail

A timestamped record of who changed what, kept per branch for compliance review, with a read-only view for auditors. The Treasurer's annual bylaws-required report to the General Assembly generates on demand, exportable to Excel or PDF.

Available

Automatic daily checks

Checks the system runs by itself every day, so nobody has to remember: loans flip to overdue once a due date’s grace period passes and back once paid, members get a reminder before each due date and a follow-up if one is missed, and a Treasurer is reminded when the bylaws-required annual report for a closed saving year is still outstanding.

Available

Reports & export

The Reports page is a browsable catalog of all 6 report types — Annual Report, Dividend Distribution, Collections/Payments, Loan Portfolio, Member Demographics, and Audit Trail — each previewable on-page and downloadable as Excel or PDF. A Daily/Weekly/ Monthly/Yearly period selector and filtering by a set of branches at once now round out the catalog.

Available

AI-assisted insights

Plain-language branch performance summaries, collections-trend forecasting, and overdue-risk flagging are all live — recommendations for a treasurer to act on, never automatic decisions.

Available

Governance

An officer roster, standing committees, meeting and quorum tracking, the club's internal process for handling disputes and impeachment, and officer elections — candidacy declaration, automatic bylaws eligibility checks, and recording COMELEC's results — are all live.

Available

Benefits

What a member or their family receives beyond savings and loans. A deceased member's full share capital is now returned to their designated beneficiaries, per the bylaws, with a path for a beneficiary to succeed into the membership. A scholarship program for members' children is live too — open-slot terms, written and oral exam recording, per-period grade tracking, and a trust-fund ledger.

Available

Settings

A Super Admin can change club-wide configuration without waiting on a developer to deploy new code — which reminders send by email or SMS, and the AI provider, key, model, and on/off switch behind AI-assisted insights.

Available

Take a Tour

Guided, in-app walkthroughs of the Hub's core screens. Any user can pick a feature — Dashboard, Members, Savings & Contributions, Loans, or Reports — and the app shows them around it step by step, moving between pages on its own and marking each tour Completed when finished.

How it works

From application to receipt

The path a loan takes through the system, and where each figure on the dashboard comes from.

  1. Set up branches and members

Create each branch, then register members against it with their initial share capital. Members stay scoped to the branch they belong to.

  2. A member applies for a loan

The application is submitted online and reaches the treasurer responsible for that member’s branch, instead of a paper tray.

  3. The treasurer decides

Approve or reject, recorded against the loan with interest calculated automatically. The member can follow the status without asking.

  4. Payments are recorded and receipted

Cash, bank transfer or GCash. Each payment issues a receipt number and updates the member’s balance and the dashboard at the same time.

Transparency

Every formula, written down

Club arithmetic is where trust is won or lost. All 31 calculations the club runs on — share capital, loan interest, the dividend waterfall, statutory reserve — are defined in plain language, with the variables named and a worked example for each.

Total Share Capital

TSC

A member’s running share-capital balance — grows with contributions and reinvested dividends, shrinks with withdrawals.

TSC = Initial Share Capital + Σ CBU + Σ Reinvested Dividends − Σ Withdrawals

Loan Remaining Balance

LRB

How much principal is still owed on a loan. Updates immediately with each new payment recorded against it.

LRB = LA − TPoPL

Dividend Pool Waterfall

DPW

The branch-wide chain from this year’s interest income down to the two pools member dividends are split from.

NI = GI − Expenses
SR = NI × 20%
NAD = NI − SR

Who sees what

Five roles, enforced everywhere in the system rather than left to convention. A treasurer can act on their own branch; an auditor can read everything and change nothing.

Member
Sees their own profile, submits loan applications, follows payment history and loan status.
Treasurer
Manages members, approves or rejects loans, records payments — for their own branch.
Auditor
Reads every record for compliance review, and can change none of them.
Manager
Works across branches, with the analytics and reporting to compare them.
Super Admin
Full system control: user management and cross-branch administration.
